Monthly Plans Terms and Conditions
1. Services. The consultant agrees to perform consulting services related to human resources services, coaching, and support that may include the set-up, review, and audit of the client’s internal human resources processes, policy, and other human resources practices and provide employment-related recommendations as considered reasonable.
2. The consultant does not provide legal or financial advice and recommends that the client consult legal counsel or a tax consultant regarding employment law and other related employment services.
3. Compliance. The client shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to OSHA, HIPPA, Workers’ Compensation, Pay Equity, EEO, and BOLI Regulations.
4. Fees. The client agrees to pay the consultant fees, which are as follows: Set up $500 for all monthly plans; a one-time non-refundable set-up fee must be paid before providing services.
5. Monthly Subscription Plans. The monthly subscription requires a minimum of three months, or you receive a 13% discount if you pay for the full 12 months upfront pro-rated credit toward the upgrade into the next plan. ACH auto debit is required for monthly and annual payments. HR Support and Coaching Monthly Plans for one location: $999 monthly for 1-10 employees; $1599/month for 11-20 employees; $2499/month for 21-30 employees; $3299/month for 31-40 employees; $4199/month for 41-50 employees. $350 for each additional location. Monthly plans are designed for dental practices with less than 50 employees.
