About Karen

I was raised in Oregon and earned my bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. I split my time between Idaho and Oregon and enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

 

My career in human resources began in 2001, and I soon realized the importance of creating a well-structured HR system and communicating workplace expectations to employees. My years of HR experience collided with working in the dental office, and I learned how to build and maintain cohesive teams.

 

HR for dentists was created to support and strengthen dentists’ management styles so that they can be better bosses and grow their staff within the practice.
